Job Description

Business Process
Ensure that all Customer Spares orders are picked, shipped and released in line with the relevant business Quality Procedures.
Working within a flexible environment the process of shipping parts to a central packers and direct to customer and where necessary support A.O.G. requirements.

Key Activities:
• Ensure that Customer Spares orders are picked and shipped within the required warehouse lead-times.
• Booking in of materials and receiving into SAP.
• Physical transfer of material into storage location.
• Pick and pack materials to the required standard, before shipment to customer.
• Support the AOG call out process for ECS Spares.
• Deal with returns from central packers and customer queries.
• To be trained as an approved signature for EASA ,C of C ,QA155, STANAG Release.
• Support audit required activities.
• Support and cover other members of the Logistics team where required. Basic Qualifications:

Skill Profile
• A good understanding of Spares Customer requirements and expectations.
• Excellent team player
• Self-motivated.
• Has a good understanding of computer system – SAP would be preferable.
• Action focused, driven to deliver and sustain results.
• Able to work alone within a pressured environment.

From time to time the successful candidate may be required by the Company to perform other tasks which
are not included in the above description, but are within the capabilities of the individual and where
necessary training will be given.
